This project involved a complete refurbishment of a 3-bedroom semi-detached property in Birkdale, which had been vacant for several years. The home was transformed with a focus on high-end features and a quality finish, offering both modern functionality and aesthetic appeal. The design incorporated a two-storey extension to the rear, adding a spacious kitchen diner living area and a large new bedroom. An en-suite bathroom was added to the master bedroom, elevating the overall luxury of the home.
The Development
The development also included extensive upgrades to the property’s infrastructure, such as a full rewire, new boiler, and updated pipework, ensuring the home was as energy-efficient and reliable as possible. A new roof was installed to improve both the property’s longevity and insulation. The exterior was given a fresh new look with rendering applied to all outside walls, enhancing the curb appeal. Additionally, a new patio and garden were created in the rear to offer a functional and inviting outdoor space for relaxation and entertainment.
